How much does an architectural rendering cost?

The starting point

A single exterior or interior still, from your 3D model, with two consolidated review rounds and delivery in 4K, starts at an indicative €500. That figure is the floor for a simple view with a supplied model and modest context; most projects sit above it once modelling, context and the number of views are taken into account. The written quote fixes the price for the agreed scope before you accept.

What changes the price

• Modelling — a supplied 3D model (Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, 3ds Max, OBJ/FBX) costs less than building the model from 2D drawings. Modelling always appears as its own line.
• Number of views — additional views of the same model share the modelling and context, so they are quoted on top of the first image rather than as new projects.
• Level of detail — surrounding context, interiors visible through glazing, custom furniture, detailed landscape and people all add work.
• Format and resolution — 4K is standard; larger print sizes or specific formats are quoted on request.
• Revisions — two consolidated rounds per image are included (one on the clay draft, one on the final image); further rounds are quoted.
• Deadline — express work is subject to availability and is quoted as such.
